Because our emulsifiers are derived from high-reactive thermal process PIBSA, our customers consistently see lower dosage rates, superior emulsion stability, longer sleep times, better water resistance, and greater shear stability. These same characteristics also apply to our newer, greener products that use recycled oils.
The adjunction of the grinding aid agent GA 10020 drastically decreases the yield stress of the pulp after grinding. Indeed, this product permits to obtain about 50% of yield stress reduction with 90 t/h of solids. This can also reduce energy consumption. Moreover, we have noticed an increase throughput of ball mill in cases and visual modification of the pulp aspect. GA 10020 creates less big particles in the outlet pulp. This would mean that we now have more small particles; thus we have increased the specific surface and by the way, recovery.
A fine Polymer Powder i.e. Sodium Polyacrylate which behaves like a tiny sponge exhibiting large Water Retention Capacity. At the microscopic level, the Polymer Molecules are long (rope-like) chains with many functional side groups, some of which interact with the Water Molecules while others chemically cross-link with other Polymer Molecules. This cross-linking process aids in ensuring a Gel Network Formation that absorbs enormous quantities of water instead of dissolving in it. Efficient moisture reduction program and increases the plant efficiency.
SI 3000 Scale Inhibitor is used to prevent the Scaling & Fouling in the process system. Scale may consist of Mineral Fouling such as Calcium Sulphate, Calcium Carbonate, Barium Sulphate, Silica, Calcium Fluoride, & Strontium Sulphate. SI 3000 helps process of preventing the formation of scale from blocking or hindering fluid flow through pipelines, valves, and pumps used in production and processing. SI 3000 is a class of specialty chemicals that are used to slow or prevent the precipitation and accumulation of insoluble crystals (salts) from a mixture of incompatible aqueous phases in processing systems.
Regular commercial flocculants act by bridging the particles and settles them as per the desired settling rate. Finer more dosages became part of our operation. Day by day more fines and more degraded ores increasing regular flocculent consumption to fulfill dimension needs of settling vessel. We collaborated with a world leader MNC came up with new technology combining the settling with double chain polymer & hydrophobicity phenomena which will help to provide the settling tanks with high-density underflow with good flowability and enhanced settling tank life due to much less dosage.
OB 100 provides Improved Metallurgical Parameters of the Fired Pellet, especially the Reducibility, which results in more efficient use of Gases in the Blast Furnace ; reduced Silica in the Pellet ; increased production in both the Agglomeration/Induration & Steelmaking processes; and a decrease in Coke Consumption.
Filtration step is a common bottleneck in mining operations and becomes a problem when the product moistures specifications can't be met. High content of fines in the ore, high surface area and high LOI grade usually result in dewatering and filtration problems (high moisture and low productivity). FA 100 is a Surface-active agent which is suitable for reducing the water content of the filter cake of mineral substances. It acts by lowering the liquid surface tension, reducing than the cohesion forces responsible for the water retention in capillaries channels. With this, permeability of the mineral cake increases, and more water is drained away.
High molecular weight polymer with low residence time requirement works in Lower dose provides improved water quality & higher density tailings. Fastest rehabilitation of tailings & higher water recovery is the focus area of this product.
